I had a problem last weeks as my pallet of bricks were broken so after booking equipment with miles hire, I had to cancel at short notice, Ben was really great about it all and refunded straight away, Today I get a call from logistics company saying they were on their way with my new pallet, again Ben help me super fast to get a pump truck to me within half an hour! Initial online chat service from Ben was excellent. Ben then dealt with my hire in the office and was most helpful. The hire was a dehumidifier, the cost of which was very reasonable for a weeks hire. On returning the item, Katie was again extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely use Miles Hire again - highly recommended.
